1. GENERAL PROVISIONS


The owner of the online store DigiGo.ee (hereinafter DigiGo) is Colorich OÜ (registration code 17172679), VAT number EE102828397, Järveotsa tee 23, Haabersti district, 13520 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia. Prices and availability of goods are displayed with a delay compared to the actual stock, which is due to technical limitations.

The actual color of the product may differ from that shown in the pictures and the picture is illustrative. The product description is of a general nature and may not include all features.

Please note that some products may be delivered without original packaging. This is done to ensure better protection during transport. All products are new and include all accessories and documents, unless otherwise stated. (Granite or ceramic sinks)


2. WARRANTY

2.1. General warranty conditions

The deadline for submitting claims is 24 months from the delivery of the goods to a private individual. Legal entities are subject to the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. The basis for submitting a claim is the proof of purchase.

If the buyer discovers a defect, he must take reasonable measures to preserve and protect the product, including refraining from further use if this may damage the condition of the product. The buyer must return the product in its complete set, including the user manual, packaging, installation disk (if any), accessories and cables.

DigiGo will repair the product free of charge during the warranty period. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an equivalent product. If replacement is not possible, the seller will refund the amount paid for the goods to the buyer. A replacement product will not be provided during the warranty repair.

To submit a claim, the buyer must contact the DigiGo warranty department by sending an e-mail to info(@)digigo.ee. DigiGo is not responsible for the preservation of data or possible damage to software during warranty repair, unless the damage has occurred through DigiGo's fault. The buyer must make backup copies of the data before sending the product for repair.

  1. If the product breaks down within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, it is assumed by law that the defect was originally present (unless the seller proves otherwise). In this case, the seller must cover all costs, including delivery costs.
  2. If the product breaks down after 6 months, but within the warranty period, the buyer must prove that the defect occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer or the seller. If the defect is recognized as a warranty case, the seller will pay the delivery costs.


DigiGo (ColorichOÜ) is not liable for defects that occurred:

  • As a result of the Buyer's wrongful or negligent actions;
  • As a result of improper or improper use of the product;
  • As a result of improper storage of the product;
  • As a result of natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use;
  • As a result of natural physical wear and tear of the product during an unusually short period of use, if the product has been used with a significantly higher intensity than can be reasonably expected from a normal Buyer;
  • As a result of inadequate maintenance;
  • when using the product in an environment that is more complex than the manufacturer's technical specifications (including excessive dust, too high or low temperature or humidity, insufficient or excessive lubricant);
  • when using accessories or components from uncertified third-party manufacturers.
  • The product warranty is valid only if the product has been installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by a qualified specialist (e.g. a licensed plumber or a similar company). The warranty does not apply to products whose damage or failure is caused by incorrect or improper installation.


2.2. Return of goods under warranty

If a product defect is recognized as a warranty case, DigiGo will cover all costs for transporting the goods to the service center and back to the buyer.

If after diagnostics it turns out that the fault is not covered by the warranty (e.g. due to incorrect use, mechanical damage, liquid ingress, etc.), the buyer must pay the transportation costs and the cost of diagnostics.

If the product is oversized or difficult to transport, the buyer must agree on the conditions with DigiGo before returning it.


2.3. Cases not covered by the warranty


The warranty does not apply to defects that have arisen due to the following reasons:

  • Wear of consumables.
  • Removal or replacement of the serial number, warranty sticker or manufacturer's seal.
  • Mechanical damage (falls, liquid ingress, dust, extreme temperatures, etc.).
  • Electrical system failures (e.g. lack of grounding, damage to cables).
  • Use of non-original spare parts or unsuitable accessories.
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
  • Incorrect use.
  • Damage caused by natural forces.
  • Natural wear and tear.
  • Use of damaged or non-original data carriers (CD, DVD, etc.).
  • Damage to software or data due to computer viruses.


The warranty applies only to consumer-class products.


2.4. Rights

In addition to the warranty conditions, the buyer has all consumer rights provided for by the Legislation.


3. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

3.1. Prices and Payment

Product prices are shown next to the product. The price is subject to a delivery fee, which depends on the buyer's location and delivery method. The final amount is displayed when placing the order.

Payment methods:

  • Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank;
  • Payment solutions: Indivy Slice 3, Liisi ID, Finora credit;
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments.
  • Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the buyer's banking and credit information.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered (e.g. due to lack of stock), the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the amount paid (including delivery fee) will be returned within 14 days.


3.2. Order processing

To order, add the product to the shopping cart, fill in the required fields and select the delivery method. After confirming the order, the final amount will be displayed, which can be paid using the selected method.

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to seller" button on the bank page.


4. DELIVERY

4.1. Countries of delivery

Products are delivered to European countries, including Estonia, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Sweden and other countries.


4.2. Delivery methods

Available delivery services: Omniva, SmartPost, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx.


4.3. Delivery time

Estonia: 6-12 working days.

Other countries: up to 20 calendar days (in exceptional cases up to 45 days).

If the delivery takes more than 14 days, the buyer will be notified by e-mail.


5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Private individuals have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

Returns are possible under the following conditions: The goods have not been used and are in their original packaging.

The serial number and identification marks have been preserved.

The 14-day right of return does not apply to legal entities!


5.1. Refund

The online store will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of their dispatch. If the buyer chooses an expensive shipping method, the store will only reimburse the usual shipping costs. The return costs are borne by the buyer (except in the case of defective goods).


6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The buyer's data is used only for processing orders. Marketing offers are sent only with the buyer's consent.
